Garlic & Chilli Prawns Spaghetti Ingredients: 150g Spaghetti 200g Prawns, King prawns, tiger prawns, or shrimp, peeled and deveined 3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp Chilli Flakes (adjust to your spice preference) 2 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Olive Oil 2-3 tbsp Fresh Parsley, finely chopped 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice 1 tsp Salt (or to taste) ½ tsp Black Pepper (or to taste) 1 cup Reserved Pasta Water (from cooking the pasta) 30-40g Parmesan Cheese (or any hard cheese), finely grated, for serving 3-4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (or any hard cheese), finely grated, for serving Instructions: 1.
